Steve Jones retired from the RAF in September 2012 after 22 years as a Physical Training Instructor. During this time Steve has amassed a wealth of knowledge within the fitness industry and has decided to bring his knowledge to a civilian audience. During his career he has worked as an Adventurous Training Instructor conducting expeditions world-wide, Steve also worked at the Parachute Training School at RAF Brize Norton where he instructed personnel from all UK and Foreign Airborne Forces.
Steve has previously worked for British Military Fitness, GI Jane Bootcamp, ParkFit (Cambridge) and has trained Kerry Katona, Danielle Brown (Mel B's sister) and others.

MCT recommends you attend 2 or 3 sessions a week to begin with which means you can maintain an intensity level to gradually improve your fitness level with out over exerting yourself.

If you are a complete beginner or haven't worked out for quite some time, don't worry we can work at an intensity that will allow you to improve gradually. There is nothing wrong with being a complete beginner. Nobody ever started out at the top!
